How do I list my home for sale by owner?

Open List your property and follow the steps: address and lake area, facts (type, beds, baths, acreage, waterfront, dock), photos, price and how buyers reach you. For-sale-by-owner listings are $79 for 30 days or $149 for 90 days, paid by card when the listing goes live; Featured Home adds a badge and top placement for $29 (7 days) or $49 (30 days). Card checkout is not switched on yet; the prices are the published rates. Manage your listings and inquiries under Manage properties.
