By creating an account or using Smith Lake NOW (the “site”) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Smith Lake NOW provides listings, a business directory, and a marketplace. Members and businesses create their own listings. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any listed item, property, service, or business, and we are not a party to transactions between users. Business directory entries may be compiled from public sources and marked as unclaimed until the business claims them; information can be out of date, so confirm details with the business.
Real estate listings are provided for information. Smith Lake NOW is a listing and community platform and not a real estate broker, agent, or lender, unless a page says otherwise.

Lake alerts, conditions, and similar information are informational, may be reported by members, and can be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on them for safety. Use your own judgment and official sources when boating or swimming.

Some features (for example business plans, featured placements, and advertising) are paid. Prices, billing periods, and refund terms are shown before you pay. Sponsored and paid placements are labeled as such.

We may remove content, hide listings, suspend or end accounts, and report unlawful activity when we believe these Terms or the law have been violated. You can report content from the site or by email.
The Smith Lake NOW name, logo, and site design belong to their owner and may not be used without permission. To report content that infringes your rights, email us with enough detail to identify it.
