🌊 INTRODUCING NALDAC | SERVING SMITH LAKE & SURROUNDING AREAS

Hey everyone! My name is Landon Farmer, and I’m the owner of North Alabama Land Development & Construction LLC (NALDAC), based out of Arab, Alabama.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and let the Smith Lake community know that we’re ready to help homeowners, lake property owners, builders, and developers bring their outdoor projects to life!

From lakefront properties and vacation homes to new construction and property improvements, we handle projects of all sizes, including:

✅ Landscaping Design & Installation
✅ Sod Installation & Grading
✅ Land Clearing & Site Preparation
✅ Drainage Solutions
✅ Retaining Walls & Hardscaping
✅ Driveways & Dirt Work
✅ Lawn Maintenance & Property Improvements
✅ And Much More!

I started this business back in 2017, and what began as a small lawn care operation has grown into a full-service landscaping and land development company. I take pride in personally being involved with our projects and making sure every customer receives quality work and dependable service from start to finish.

If you own a home or property around Smith Lake and have a project in mind, I’d love the opportunity to earn your business! Whether you’re building a new lake house, improving your existing property, or simply need help getting your land in shape, give us a call.
