Application privacy notice
Version 2026-10-24. How Smith Lake NOW handles the information you send when you apply.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, city and state, the answers you give about your experience, availability and interest in the role, the role-specific answers on the form, and, if you attach one, your resume. We also record the time you agreed to this notice and a one-way hash of your network address for abuse prevention. We never ask for a date of birth, government identifiers or bank details.
Who sees it
Smith Lake NOW owner administrators only. Applications are stored privately, are never published or shared with other members, and are not available to Pontoon Pete or any automated assistant. Resumes are kept in private storage that only an administrator can open through a short-lived link.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 365 days (1 year) from the day they arrive, then deleted together with any resume. Applications that led to a working relationship are kept for as long as that relationship requires.
Your choices
To withdraw your application or ask for its deletion sooner, use the Contact page or email sales@smithlakenow.com from the address you applied with. We confirm when it is done.
What applying does not mean
Submitting an application is not an offer, an agreement, or a promise of any role. Any written terms are provided separately before an engagement begins. Our general Privacy Policy also applies.
